TWD Pre-defined Account / Account Linkage Application Form (PDF)

The Bank is under construction of system upgrade related to pre-designated account setup to ensure the safety of customer accounts. Therefore, starting from 2024/4/1 (inclusive) until the system upgrade is completed, we will suspend accepting mail-in applications for TWD pre-designated account setup (according to the postmark date shall prevail). The Bank will announce the resumption date of acceptance. If you need to apply for TWD pre-designated account setup, please visit our branch for application.
