Eligibility
Who can apply?
- To apply as the primary cardholder, you must be legally an adult aged below 65
- To apply, you must have a minimum annual income of TWD250,000 and provide proof of income
- To apply for a supplementary card, you must be the primary cardholder's spouse, parent, child, sibling, or parent-in-law
- To apply for a supplementary card as an immediate family member of the primary cardholder, you must be aged 15 or above; if you're not an immediate family member, you must be aged of legal age or above.
